You people are sick... i started this thread at 9:30 A.M and over 500 replies have been made and almost 8,000 people have viewed this thread. And on top of that...you guys are freaking assembling the whole test. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NUTS!!!

Brown v. Board of Edu overturned Plessy v. Ferguson, so the answer was something about desegregation of public facilities.
I remember there was a little trick to this question because one of the answers directly stated "Plessy v. Ferguson." However, this answer was basically saying that Brown v. Board of Edu reinforced the PvF case, which was exactly the opposite of what it did.

no i don't remember the other ones...those are the only two i considered to be the answers but i wasn't sure which 'cause they're both true

plessy vs. ferguson is right

its definetely either plessy or 14th amendment but i just cant tell which one...damn questions like this shouldnt be allowed

brown vs. b of e was like the black children not being able to be integrated in white schools right? and then plessy vs. ferguson was like the 1/8 black man not being accepted into the white part of a train so they're pretty much the same concept, yet they both also have to do with the violation of the 14th amendment, which ensures equal rights

What was the question again?... all I recall is Plessy vs. Ferguson was my answer

definitely desergragation of public facilities

what about the one about roosevelt and who did not spport him in the 1932 election?

nicole I could have SWORN on #9 (the indentured servant question) that servants were allowed basic rights, like to marry

shopaholic wasn't one of the answers whites from the south? I think i put that but i'm not really sure
