Official SAT Subject Test - Biology E/M - June 2015

what does fertilizer contain for plants? protein or nucleic acid?

It said which two organism most likely do not share a tropic level

I don’t remember what I put for that

@xxjmodxx I said wolf and sheep

Me too

But what was the fertilizer one?

For the tree question I put something about the snow and how it prefers sage. Does anyone remember the questions about stages of plant growth with the cycle

Fertilizer I put inorganic compounds

It is inorganic compounds

I don’t remember what I put for the tree one

@IequalSmart I put carbohydrates (probably wrong) since carbohydrates provide energy for all plant growth

Nope. It’s nitrogen. I took APES. Fertilizers give nitrogen and phosphorous, which are limiting nutrients. The answer was nuecleic acids

Dang, that’s another one wrong for me
That’s like 8 for sure now. :-S

@vmiller7723 that’s what I put- are you sure it isn’t protein?

For the pine tree, did anyone get an answer having to do with precipitation?

@werewolf2016 I put the rainfall one, but I think that’s wrong

@werewolf2016 I said rocky soil but I also think that’s wrong

I don’t think we’ve come to a consensus on the pine tree north/shrub south mountain question. Is anyone certain about the answer or successfully researched it?

I don’t know, what I got

What was the full question again—or the essence of it. @CollageWhat
