Official Score Reports vs Self Reporting

Can anybody explain to me what the difference between official score reports and self reporting scores is? I know that official score reports are the scores that are sent through the official website such as the college board website or the ACT website. I am only sending my ACT score and not my SAT scores because I did way better on the ACT and my ACT score meets the requirements for all of my schools while my SAT doesn’t.The Common App has a part called “Testing” and it gives you an option of self reporting scores along with the official score reports. If i choose to self report, then should I put all the tests that I have taken or should I just put the tests that I am officially reporting (ACT)? Will the self reported scores affect my acceptance/admission to the school because some of my scores don’t meet the school’s standards? Please help me as much as you can, my guidance counselor isn’t helping. Thanks soooo much!!!

You don’t need to put all your scores in the self report section. Just put the ACT info.
