Does a TESTED status guarantee hearing on the 28th?

No, tested means they have recieved your sheet and it is in the system. Hopefully it will be soon but it could go beyond 28th, especially if you are standby

here is the excerpt from ACT to explain delays

[ACT FAQ : What can cause scores to take longer?](ACT Registration | ACT Testing Dates | The ACT Test)

What can cause scores to take longer?

*Scores take longer if:

* answer documents from your test center arrived late or your test date was rescheduled. (Please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for answer documents to arrive from locations other than the U.S., U.S. territories, and Canada.)
- the “Matching Information” you provide on the answer document (name, date of birth, and Match Number) is not consistent with the Matching Information on your admission ticket. Scores cannot be reported until they can be accurately matched to the correct person. About 8–10% of examinees provide inconsistent information.
- you provide incomplete or inaccurate test form information on the answer document, or the answer document has not cleared all other scoring accuracy checks.
- an irregularity is reported at your test center.
- you owe any registration fees.
- you tested as a standby. Scores cannot be reported until both the registration folder submitted at the test center and the answer document have been processed and computer matched.

Scores are processed and reported weekly, usually each Wednesday and Friday, once the situation causing the delay is resolved.*

I am still categorized as “Registered”; does this mean my scores are going to be late?

I am confused. If it says tested already doesn’t that mean I could get my scores tonight at midgnight like usual? I remember it always comes out on the tenth day after the test which is today…at least according to previous tests

i was thinking the scores would be out tonight at midnight, too, based on when they came out after the last test.

i am not sure why the date is the 28th.

: /

I really do not think thats accurate…

Hmm wait which one do you think is not accurate? I still have this feeling that they might be out tonight…

I hope you’re right hardworker, but I feel like the date they say is typically the correct one.

Someone call the ACT lol

I’ll call lol they are prolly closed tho right
?

They might not be closed its Iowa time

Yeah. I thought it was strange that I was “Tested” this early. I have a feeling, too.

Yaa guess we’ll find out sooon! Im sooo scared =(

For the last test, what was the time span between being “Tested” and receiving scores?

It’s usually Wednesday at 2:00am or 5:00am , right?

But if you look at all future test dates they say scores will be 16 days after, it’s usually 11.

It was June 13th- June 24th last test.

hmm well according to post 11 on this thread: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/act-preparation/498359-anyone-who-registered-get-their-score-morning-after-website-maint.html?highlight=june+tested

The girl was tested for two days and then got her scores…so that seems to be the case with me also. I’ve definitely been at the “tested” status for two days so it seems likely…?

Aw ****. I’m depending on the CST’ers to let me know what’s going down.

i will check tonight, but i wont count on anything until the 28th

When they say scores come out on the 28th they mean the …28th

Thank you steelers!

I am absolutely astounded by your logic. You must excel on the science section ;)

ANYWAY… the point is this the NORMAL time they would be released… this is the first test that it has been 16 days after… it was USUALLY 11. OH, and, people have been known to get their scores before that 11 even.

So, it wasn’t like it was impossible.
