<p>Oh then we’re in the same boat. This sucks because I actually know 2 other pharm sci tag applicants that got in last week so i’m afraid of what this might mean for us. But oh well good luck everyone!</p>

<p>I personally do not feel too assured even with a TAG because I have exactly 60 units and I heard someone say that UC’s prefer more?</p>
<p>I see no real reason for tagged people to worry if all their requirements are met. If some how they do get rejected, they can just appeal with the reason being the tag agreement and everything should be resolved. This is assuming all the requirements are met of course, and these requirements can be easily researched and found.</p>

<p>I don’t think it’s bad news since UCI Admissions told me via Facebook that they’re admitting on a “rolling basis.” He/she also informed me and many others that the only transfers that have been accepted at the end of March were Honors students. From here on it’s the annoying “rolling basis” unfortunately … Btw, did you complete all of your prereqs?</p>

<p>What ****es me off tough is that a lot of people who tagged were high gpa applicants (3.7 and above) who have absolutely no intention of going to UCI. They’re all planing on going to UCLA,while screwing the rest of us (3.2-3.6 applicants) by taking away valuable spots!</p>
<p>Ffffff uuuuuuuu 3.7 and above applicants who tagged!!! You’re the reason that schools like UCSD are planning on discontinuing their TAG programs. Thanks for ruining it for the test of us…</p>

<p>Sorry guys I know that I shouldn’t be as concerned because I do have a tag but my gpa is no where near as high as many people here. I’m also concerned because the major I applied for is new and, according to my gf who goes to uci, is very selective (much like applying for an impacted major). </p>

<p>Gpa: 3.21 @ time of application, 3.4 after update
Transferring as advance standing
Prerequisites: all will be completed by end of spring
ECs: not much… Just AMSA and hospital volunteering. I couldn’t do much because I’ve had to take on 3 part time jobs
Personal statement: I had a few others peer edit it and they said it was pretty good</p>
