The admissions gal I talked to on Friday urged me that the fact we haven’t heard has nothing to do with what our decision will be.</p>

<p>I think maybe today based on the fact that my friend just got an email saying if she wants to be admitted she needs to take a class in the summer</p>

<p>Yeah it said something along the lines of “we are offering you admission for fall 2014 with the condition that you complete precalculus in the summer”</p>

<p>I’m honestly getting a little nervous that the remaining apps are going to be rejections… just looking at other schools threads (UCSB and UCI). Was super positive about my chances up until now. So confused! </p>
<p>@ajmarr psychology is hers. Computer engineering is mine.
Her GPA is 3.2 and mine is 3.5
I was denied to ucsb and so was she because our majors are impacted and we did not complete all requirements. But I got in to UCI and she was waitlisted there. And we were both waitlisted at ucsd. </p>
<p>I just called Admissions and they fed me some of the same- if you have gone to one or more other Universities, it’s taking longer to evaluate your transcripts. I’ve gone to one out-of-state University for one year (UOregon) and he said that’s why. He even said there’s a possibility that I won’t get a decision by the deadline, tomorrow.</p>
<p>If any of you are in my similar position, prepare yourselves. I have to SIR to SDSU on Thursday if I don’t hear a good decision from Santa Cruz til then! Bye-bye $400 non-refundable deposit…</p>
<p>I’m a bio major and I still haven’t received my admission decision. I have a TAG, but will not be taking one class I said I would when they accepted the TAG. I got accepted to UCI and am on the wait list at UCSD. :-/</p>
