Sorry. I'm freaking out because it looks like I'm going to have a 3.45, not a 3.5, at the end of this semester, and I know it may not make a huge difference, but it just doesn't look as solid (not that a 3.5 is that solid anyway). Oh, God. The schools I'm looking at are all reaches anyway (Gallatin at NYU, Barnard, UChicago, Georgetown, UPenn). HELP.

Thoughts would be great. But mainly I'm getting this out of my system. If I hadn't freaking taken physics, upper level econ, and chemistry when I didn't need to, I'd have a 3.7-3.8. DAMMIT. Why was I so stupid?

Don't you think the admissions officers will know that? The fact that you're challenging yourself at Boulder (right?) is good. Hope for the best...a 3.45 in mainly upper-level courses is still solid.

Thanks for the encouragement. I wish I could finish my second sophomore semester before I apply. Hell, maybe I should take a year off and do that...I could have a 3.6 something by then.
