Oh my parents are going to kill me.

Title? My parents hate when I change my mind, because this will be the third time. I went from Doctor, to Pharmacy, now to surgeon, and I feel like I have finally decided. I watched all this stuff about cleft lips, and fused hands, and watched some video of the surgeries. I never get touched by things like this, so it is pretty odd. My neighbor's daughter went through about 13 surgeries to separate six fingers, two toes, her lip, her knee, and her legs. It was brutal.

Enough back story.

I want to get into one medical school. Just one, frankly one or nothing type thing going on with me, because I am not leaving state. I like it here, after moving 5 times. So, I am a sophomore graduating early, and I need to know what to take.

Right now, I am taking Chemistry (They don't offer honors), Trig, French, and AP Physics. We are on a block thing.

I have from community college:

Comp 1
Comp 2
Sociology
Government
Statistics

I have taken Honors:

Algebra 1
Algebra 2
English 10

Non Honors:

Biology
Geometry
Trig
Chemistry
French

What all should I take a) over the summer b) to get into pre med. I want to take AP Chem, AP Calc, and AP Bio, next year.

I also need some Ec's.

I have been in Girl Scouts for 8 years, haven't done much with it the last two because I am the only one in my area that is my age.

Swim teams for 8-10 years. I am currently just on Y team, but will do HS next year.

I might want to do HS tennis in about two weeks. Would that look bad to start something sophomore year??

I have only about 4 hours of volunteer work. No job. I am currently looking for a job.

My mom said "NO WAY!" to volunteering at a hospital with swine flu, because I haven't had any flu or swine flu shot. It will be an option in about a month or so...

I need help.

You don’t “get into” premed. Premed just means you intend to apply to med school and take certain pre-req classes. Get into a college you like and do well there.

It would also be useful to shadow doctors or get some clinical experience to see what medicine is like.

a surgeon is still a doctor. just saying…and yea being a premed just means that you are taking the required courses to go to med school. Someone who is an English major could be a premed if they were to take the required courses to apply to med school.
