So, being the stupid person I am,
Made a mistake in PEN on one part of the application (i added an extra number).
If i white-that out, will college admissions think i'm a sloppy person and look at my application disdainfully??

It's cuz my whole application's with the really nice application that the schools send, and i dont want to print one off online...

Unfortunately, white out will instantly get you rejected. This is because college admissions offices are overflowing with apps that are immaculate in their presentation; they've got their pick of clean applications, why would they pick yours?

I mean if you are using a printable form, it doesn't hurt to reprint the forms. If you are using one of the apps that they sent you; just use white out, it won't be bad.

I can't believe I just made a post referring to people freaking out about white out on their application, and then I find one!

Don't freak out. Whoever tells you that you're going to get rejected because of WHITE OUT is being stupid (or being sarcastic). The whole idea of rejecting students based on their hand writing or white out is preposterous; your hand writing and etc does not tell the admissions people who you are.

And if they DO toss aside your application because of white out (which I doubt), then that is a college you wouldn't want to go to, anyway.

Oh yeah, and they don't really care what you do, as long as they can read it and it's not so messy that they brood over its messiness while reading the next 10 apps.
