I was just reading over one of my teacher's recommendations and he said that I am an avid tennis player, but that's far from the truth. I didn't include tennis anywhere else on my application because I really wasn't that involved but I was sort of on the team during my sophomore and junior years. I think I included it on my "rough draft" activities resume. Now I'm worried that the admissions counselors will think my recommender doesn't know me well and be confused by the single reference to tennis...should I do anything or is it not a big deal?

No big deal.

They're not doing a Soviet Russia party loyalty check. They just want to hear what your recommender has to say about you.
