I am a transfer student who is trying to attend in the winter. I am currently at the local community college. I was wondering, does anybody know how many credits are exactable for getting into the Engineering program?? I would attend in the fall and do one semester and hopefully have all my credits completed for admission. Is there a certain amount of time I have to spend at the university before I can be eligible for the program??

Another question is about the difficulty.

My first semester would be calculus II, Calc based physics, gen Chem II, and ENG 1182.

Will these classes be GPA "killers"???

I am worried that if I take these courses right off the bat I will be overwhelmed and my chances of being competitive for engineering school will be shot.

Any advice from people with experience would be much appreciated!!
