Ohio University launching an undergraduate BFA in Musical Theater

Pulled from the article linked below:
"The Theater Division at Ohio University is happy to announce new and exciting opportunities for students entering college in the Fall of 2019, including the Undergraduate Musical Theater Performance program, a collaboration between the Theater Division, the School of Music, and the Dance Division!

Our B.F.A. in Performance is transforming into a 4-year degree with two tracks. Students may be accepted into either the Acting Track or the new Musical Theater Track."

Ohio University is also home to a pretty unique feature - the SHAPe Clinic (Science and Health in Arts and Performance). My oldest daughter worked as a graduate assistant in that clinic while getting her Masters Degree in Athletic Training, with a performing arts focus - it’s free Athletic training offered to students in Music, Theater or Dance majors at the University. OU currently has a well established, well regarded MFA in Theater.

Thought this might be of interest to the HS Class of 2019!

Very interesting! Thanks for posting!

So can you be accepted into the BFA MT and not the acting ?
