Xiggi is 100% right. While it may SEEM she was overwhelmed, not ONE PLACE did the passage say that. It did mention a lot of emotions, so multifaceted was the best answer.
After realizing this, I started using a sort of treasure hunt methodology to questions with 2 best answers, making sure the correct answer was DIRECTLY stated in the passage. Through this I went from a 650-750, so it does truly help.</p>
<p>Exactly. When one has narrowed it down to 2 seemingly correct answers, one should choose the one which ASSUMES THE LEAST about the text. I was working on a passage in the BB the other day (I think it was about batology), and there was a question of which essentially 3 answers all logically fitted the passage. After returning to it three times, I finally got it right simply by answering the most simple of them</p>
