"Complete the following. Please either type your answers or print them in UPPERCASE letters in black ink."</p>

<p>Does this mean that I have to fill out my personal details (name, address) in UPPERCASE letters even if I'm applying ONLINE??????</p>

<p>no i dont think so. i did not type anything in upper case. that is meant for a written supplement.</p>
