OMG I completely RUINED our musical and everyone hates me!!!

Don’t worry about it. I know it sucks right now, but sooner or later, everyone will move on. Trust me, I know. I worked sound crew for the musical in 8th grade, and when I meant to turn on some pretty fairy music, I accidentally pressed the radio button. I have NO idea what station was on, but all we heard in the auditorium then was:

“Do you like your showers cold?” in a seductive female voice.

But we all got over it. And the same will happen for you. And trust me, one mistake didn’t ruin the whole musical.

forget about it and realize that if they’re mad at your over that then they aren’t worth having as “friends”.

Besides once you go to college you look back at high school and realize what stupid petty stuff people got angry at you over, then you look at what those people are doing with their life and realize that you’re better off then they are.

Chew it over with Twix.

well she did completely **** up the play

Yeah seriously, don’t cry over spilled beer.

You will laugh about this one day soon. “Report me to the Director” ?? Why doesn’t the Director know it was you? If the Dir. doesn’t know, perhaps you have some anonymity in this?
Chillax!

Lol at least you didn’t do this at the opening night of the first play of the new high school here. They spent thousands of dollars on a formal gala with people from around the city going with a crowd of 980 people.

Maybe the director couldn’t identify who actually said it. If that’s the case though, no worries, you’ll get through it:) Try not to do that again though haha

Do what you said you were going to do. Eric’s mom.

^The path to success lies in pushing through with your boasts.

I decide to take a gander at the high school forum for once and this is what I get ahahaha if this is true it is beyond funny. I think you could have saved yourself right after you did it by saying something else over the intercom, but you’d have to be pretty slick. Crying was definitely not a wise thing to do.

yes.

omg im sooo sorry,i didnt’t know these types of things happen in real life.I’ve only ever seen them in movies.

grow up dude… but to get over it just drink some beer.

youofeh:

High School Life is the best. That is why I have a whopping 9 posts. Stupid rule. Not that I really care about post count. But still.

lol, HSL is why I have so many posts.(from before 8/16/08 of course)

I was wondering how you had so many haha

Imagine if your posts counted. Your post count would be epic lol.

Warts will eventually graduate to the Parents Forum and have monstrous post counts.

College Life isn’t as interesting.

Does anyone know what happened?

(If I’m not getting anything from that other post, I’m getting a result from this)

it was so awful you guys

I showed up to the Tuesday night show and the director politely told me that I couldn’t work sound anymore and that I had to sell tickets/concessions instead. I did that for the next 3 shows and then on the 5th show I went back into the sound booth and the girl who’d been in there the whole time completely *****ed me out and said that if I touched anything I’d get reported again so obviously I started touching stuff like 10 minutes later (i was actually doing my job and doing it correctly) and she told the director on saturday night, who said that she’s referring me to administration for insubordination so I’m basically screwed and waiting so see what happens tomorrow…
