Omg, I didn't get a priority envelope...

anyone in CA get a letter or package today?

Im in cal, hoping to get it today, if not tommarrow. Im kind of confused. So acceptance letters travel faster than rejection letters?

Acceptance letters were sent USPS priority mail, while rejection and waitlist letters were sent by regular mail.

kristin,

Did your package come with the regular mail delivery or did it arrive by special delivery?

Leadfooter ~ Well, we haven't given up on Princeton. He is now hoping that the waitlist will be used. If not, then perhaps USC, Schreyers, or Vandy. These schools have big cost differences due to scholarships, etc.

oh man priority. i should get it in florida i get in. if not, crap!

reasonabledad, I too have noticed your posts on the same school forums. DD is also accepted in Schreyers with a nice engineering scholarship, now has been offered duPont scholarship at UDel, and is still awaiting today's mail from Princeton. Can't help but be VERY anxious for her....best of luck to your S. Did the Schreyer award measure up to Vandy or USC?

OhMother ~ Unfortunately Schreyers was an empty well for us; but it's affordable in its own right.

runmanstl-My package came in the regular mail; I was really surprised actually, I hadn't been reading these boards and I was under the impression that I wouldn't get it for another week or so. Overall, a very pleasant surprise!

no news in Minnesota. probably a bad sign for me :(
