<p>i was taking my ap eng lit exam this morning so i turned my phone off... then after i got done with it, i turned my phone back on, and i saw A NEW VOICE MAIL!!!!! and IT WAS FROM VANDY ADMISSION OFFICE!!!!!!</p>
<p>Mr. Drish left me a msg saying theres important updates regarding my waitlist status. i freaked out and jumped up and down like a mad asian girl!! lol i was like: "they started pulling ppl off wait list the exact same date like last year? and im the FIRST WAVE of it?! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" hahaha</p>
<p>i called like 10+ time this afternoon but he didnt pick up :( i left him 2 voice mail msgs and he called me back 4:35p.</p>
<p>he congrated me, and told me im in!!!</p>

<p>I’m in too, off the waitlist… But I’m not so excited as u are since little knowledge in my mind about Vandy as an international student from China and because I got accepted to USC! </p>
<p>Tough decision I have to make…both schools are excellent… LA is dangerous,full of crimes commited by immigrants, but with much much more interns and research opps in the field of engineering,which I planned to study in college,than Nashville,a friendly nice little city I heard from most American friends.</p>
<p>That description of LA is a joke. There is violence and danger in any city and there are good and bad parts to every city. I live here and my brother goes to SC. Yeah it isn’t in a very nice neighborhood but there is plenty of security and you’re always around SC kids. You aren’t supposed to go south of campus but there isn’t anything over there to begin with. If you go to USC and just don’t do anything stupid and just beware of your surroundings you will be fine.</p>
but not today though… lol cuz i havent finished my bio lab report yet and its due tmrw :P</p>
