on-campus housing option

I will transfer to Binghamton in spring 2013. I know I can apply the on-campus housing soon. So I have questions about the residential communities. Which college is good/easy for meeting people. Besides, I would like to focus on study, so which college has the most "study" asmosphere? I am an international student, and I look forward to meeting any people who have different backgrounds.

Hi,

My name is Rob and I’m a Binghamton University Student Ambassador.

All of the housing communities on campus are good for meeting people. It’s pretty much unavoidable to make friends and meet people on your floor no matter where you live on campus.

All of our housing communities have 24/7 courtesy hours for noise, which means that you shouldn’t experience any major distractions to your studying anywhere. There are also study lounges throughout the residential buildings and many other places around campus, such as the library, where it is nice and quiet to study.

I would also suggest considering to apply for housing at the Susquehanna community. Susquehanna has 24/7 quiet hours, meaning that it would be perfect for those who want to ensure that studying is never interrupted.

Let me know if you have any other questions!
