<p>Chinese sausage is the best, but reading the ingredients reminds me of reading clips from "The Jungle". It's all like, "Lard, pork back fat, mechanically separated and processed unknown, dead animal carcasses..."</p>

<p>i think the number of sausages you eat depends on the angle you're going to take in your essay (you are writing your essay about this, aren't you?)</p>
<p>if you are focusing on a how sausages changed your life, two sausages are obviously better than one - twice the impact!</p>
<p>On the other hand, if you're just going to talk about sausages in general, number really doesn't matter. it's quality over quantity!</p>
<p>but i have to agree with others' who posted. try to get some variety in there, but also focus on a few things.</p>
