I’m planning to go back to school soon in pursuit of a BS in Accounting. The University of Memphis is local and has a program which can be done ‘mostly’ online. I’d like to look at my other options also, basically being any schools offering an online BS in accounting, with tuition under $350/hour, and rolling admissions would be great. Suggestions? Thanks
I’d call I few of the local CPA offices of the Big 4 firms. Talk to someone in recruiting and make sure they hire online degrees. If not you may have to go the traditional route. Also if you’re planning to be a CPA, it would be good order to call the State Board and verify that they accept online classes for certification.
Most if not all the colleges I have looked at do not differentiate between online and physical classes. The transcript and diploma are identical for either path.
