Online Athletic Supplement On The Common Application

<p>Looking around on the site, i wasn't able to find anywhere to submit the Athletic Supplement Online, or even a copy of it under My Checklist or Supplements. The closest i could find is that U Penn uses the common application athletic supplement and it has an attached pdf file of it. </p>

<p>Does this mean we can only submit the athletic supplement by mail, and not online?</p>

<p>EDIT: I have not yet submitted the main portion of my common app, the "My Checklist". Just wondering if the system worked in a way that the supplement appeared once you submitted that portion?</p>
