<p>CSUs may offer some online courses for their enrolled students but I doubt they offer any for students who have not been accepted by and matriculated at the CSU and I am sure none offer online degree programs. </p>
<p>If you are interested in taking online courses you may want to look into the UC Berkeley Extension which offers a fairly large number for the general public and while it offers certificates it does not grant degrees. I am pretty certain that none of the public universities in California offer online degrees.</p>
