Only sat 2 bio m

<p>SAT2 Biol M
i just wanna talk to people who took the m, i dont want to see the questions mixed up, its just me not you.
correct me if im wrong.
1. one ribose 1 phosphate- nucelotide?
2. N2-> go back to the atmosphere
3. 1, and 3 not 2 for the 180mm systolic
4. parent 1 and 2 had Aa
5. albino = aa?
6. if they had another kid what chance of albino 25%?
I'm not sure i said that if they didnt show up in parents 1 and 2 then they must both be carriers b/c children had
8. Hawaii question- the one that said hawaii was made out of molten rocks
I dont think what hawaii was made out of would cause any speciation
9. banna higest ph range
10. peach was the nuetral ph thing
11. 4, 5.7 for the pinapple question
12. polymer- Protien
13. picture of the translation/ transcription
mRNA codon.
If anybody can post up more q's for this question please do
14. Where does all the energy go? energy lost as it goes up the chain
15. bears- deciduos forest
16. one with the chitonus cell wall- mushrooms
17- one with the - on heterotroph- plante
more question concerning this problem are welcome
18. kidney- selective reabsorbtion
19.tape worm in cat parasitism
20. the one with the whale and it was (+,o) was commutiualism
21.i remember that there was another question with parasitism please put it up
all other question are welcome ill post as i remember
Edit Report Problem Post Reply </p>

<ol>
<li>the one that cannot bind onto oxygen well, the one with sicle cell</li>
<li>the one that cannot fight off diease- lowest wbc</li>
<li>the one that most likly have a fever has most wbc
im not sure was debating the lowest or the highest, eventrually put highest</li>
</ol>

<p>26-> lavander incomplete dominance
27- homo for the tight</p>

<p>26-one with
A
B
C
D
e
f
g
that was corssing over
27- if man man has a diases a recessive one and he shows it sperm will be 100% aa
28-cell (<code>)-> (</code>)x2
29- phospholipid is outside o–o inside
30- diyalsis bad- i chose, net water movement inside the bag
31- this shows that only small molecules can go outside the bag.</p>

<p>The other parasitism dealt with a plant stealing nutrients from another plant.
The rest look right to me</p>

<p>cos45 if you have some questions for the list your very welcome to add any, i cant remeber all 80 rofl</p>

<p>-one without nucelus is red blood cells,

  • one with the mily and urey it was 02
  • protiens made from ribosomes
  • what does all those organism have- obviously ribosomnes</p>

<p>The other PARATISM type question was the one about the cow with a bacteria that aids the cow in digestion-the answer was Mutualistic for the cow because the question specifically said that the bacteria “aid in digestion”</p>

<p>How did you remember all of this? lol</p>

<p>widly this is an exclusive bio M test, the other parasitism question was when one plant sucks all the nutrients out of the other plant</p>

<p>more sat 2 ans
PLZ correct any wrong ans</p>

<p>Xylem- flow or minerals and water
Phloem organic compounds
Cucticle is on the epidermis
Most sunlight/ photosynthesis- mesophyll
What does frog do that snake cannot do breath through skin
Which is reptile- frog
Snake/frog question- why did the mice pop inc- I just put that more food because lower amt of snakles=/= more mice because the mice lowers then only will the snake lower
Structure evolved for abs nutrients- intestine</p>

<p>I thought:

  1. ribose 1 phosphate 1 adenine? = RNA (that was a choice, right?)
  2. You mean “commensialism”
  3. ('~)x2-illustrates sister chromatids separating (because it is undergoing mitosis-that is, division of the current nucleus-not DNA replication which occurs in the S phase of interphase of the cell cycle (not mitosis))</p>

<p>What was the answer to the question asking about RBC, WBC, and platelet cell count?
It asked about the most likely sample from a person with capillary blockage.
Was it the sample with the most platelet cells, which was only a little higher than the others, or the one with the lowest RBC count, which was like 7 times as less?</p>

<p>Lol frogs aren’t reptiles…answer was turtle I think.</p>

<p>Also, nucleotides don’t have ribose.</p>

<p>fahdh2:
i also put the ('~)x2 answer because the arrows that pointed out chromosomes only pointed to two of the chromosomes (one that was ’ one that was ~) so therefore i inferred that the others were the sister chromatids. i think we’re right on this one… but idk?</p>

<p>and i also put rna for 1. i am quite sure that is right.</p>

<p>Oh yeah, and the answer WAS turtle to the reptile question. Frogs are amphibians.</p>

<p>In the picture of transcription/translation, one structure was a ribosome.</p>

<p>Another question asked about the long chain behind the tRNA, and that was a polypeptide chain.</p>

<p>For 23, I thought the question asked something more along the lines of “the blood sample of which person will not be able to transport oxygen well to other parts of the body?”</p>

<p>I stated the answer was the sample with sickle cells, AND the sample with the lowest RBC count.</p>

<p>Anyone agree?</p>

<p>nucleic acids (RNA and DNA) are made from nucleotides, it couldn’t have been RNA as it is a polymer and they just said 1 of each, phosphate…(they underlined one), as RNA would have mutiple, so i just put down what was the building block of it, which are nucleotides.
this is @ fadh2</p>

<p>ok im wrong on the reptile question its turtle, i hope that 4-5x is still 800</p>

<p>@FADH2, i thought i only saw one with sickle cell the first one?.. is my eyes decieving me? </p>

<p>Also im not sure about the mitosis question, maybe i read it wrong.</p>

<p>Only one had sickle cell, yes, but another sample had a very low RBC count. I think it was 7 times lower than the other samples, so that to me is enough justification for poor oxygen carrying capacity.</p>

<p>Hmm, I guess it is nucleotide if it’s just one of each.</p>
