<p>Good point Modadunn… I’ll have to check D’s transcript to see what (if any) test scores are reported there. Not sure what our high school’s policy is.</p>
<p>Our D took the SAT once as a junior. Liked the style of the ACT better and never submitted the SAT. She applied to East and West Coast schools, State and private- ACT was not a problem. Her first ACT was average but she bought a study guide (I think it was Kaplan’s) and only studied the two weeks prior to the test. She went from a 28 to a 33 and last test was a 34. She wanted to try one more time for a 36 but we told her she would have to pay for it herself. She didn’t take it again. The bad thing is that her school puts every test sitting on their transcripts. Didn’t make a difference though, she is going to her dream school.</p>
