EDII acceptee

ive already been to the campus but I am going on my "official" visit as a soccer recruit during april

I advise you guys to go check it out

it is great

you guys should look at the course catalog

it has nice descriptions of the classes (I dont have the time to see if it has descriptions of the russian studies classes but It does have a list of them)

Nope, I haven't seen the movie "Russian Ark," but have always been fascinated by Russian and E. European history. I'll keep an eye out for the movie though, as it does indeed seem like something I would enjoy! Thanks for the recommendation!

I can't confirm whether or not I'll be going to Mac... I'm waiting to see where else I'll be accepted. Mac is definitely one of my top choices, however. Thus, finances permitting...

But the Minnesotan winters are rather daunting! And this coming from someone who thinks that NC winters are cold ;)

i think i heard about it.

if it is the movie i think it is, it was filmed on 1 reel of film, with no breaks or anything. the entire thing was 1 giant scene.

unless you parents make a lot of money and dont want to pay for your college education, you should get a sizeable amount of aid, mostly grant money.

Katia, i agree, the biggest drawback to Mac is MN winters! Brrrr

how depressing. i didnt get anything. thats pretty much a rejection, no? ahhh my first rejection.

it shall take time but i will get over it. really wanted to go, too.

NOT a rejection, wondrlst.
Most admits will still get their acceptances sometime around the regular date (March 30th).
