OOS Applicant to UCs?

Is it worth applying to UC Schools if I’m OOS? I was thinking about Irvine, Santa Barbara, and San Diego… but I don’t know exactly how hard it would be for me to get in to them.

Here is some info, if there is anything else you want to know, just ask…

School Type: Private
Location: Massachusetts
Race/Gender: Caucasian
Weighted GPA: 3.65…this is at my school. I don’t know my UC GPA
Class rank: School doesn’t rank

SAT I Scores - 1290/1970
SAT I Math: 670
SAT I Critical Reading: 620
SAT I Writing: 680

SAT II Scores
SAT II Math I: 680
SAT II French: 710

ACT: To be taken this Fall

AP Scores:
French: 5
Lang: 3
Environmental: I’ll be taking it senior year

Thanks!

SD would be a reach, and Irvine & SB would be matches, IMO. The UCs are mighty expensive for OOS ($45k/yr), so they don't offer as good a value proposition as do privates.
