What are my chances of getting accepted EA?

Your GPA is below admission average and your ACT too. You are very likely deferred in EA and UMich is a reach for you as the average OOS admission rate is 20% or below.
Improve your act. Your gpa doesn’t tell a lot without context. In one school, a 3.74 could be top 5 percent and in another it could be average. I say low reach but I would need more context.
^ Although that is true, but the standardize test is also used as a reference for the GPA. There is little reason to suggest a significantly deflated GPA in this case. Even class rank does not tell you a whole lot as a top 5% student in one school could be an average student in another school.
