<p>does 18% acceptance OOS actually make it hard to get accepted?</p>

<p>The acceptance rate isn’t 18% for OOS, the school’s only allowed to have OOS make up 18% of the freshman class, big difference. </p>

<p>The acceptance rate for OOS who aren’t legacies I think is around 15%. To put that into perspective, the acceptance rate at Brown is 15%, so yeah I’d say it’s hard.</p>
