Yes, there are a lot of views! However, for OOS it is very hard to say whether someone will be accepted. Sorry - but good luck!

Yes, Out of state for UNC is very hard to judge, but I would take a look at this link:

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-north-carolina-chapel-hill/858100-official-unc-2014-decisions-thread-out-state.html

It has all the out-of-state decisions from last year.

Looking at that link can give you a good idea of what UNC likes. As for your stats it’s very iffy. Your ACT is a little low for what I’ve seen on that thread. A 32 ACT is about equal to a 2130 SAT which you will need to know as most people submitted SAT scores so use that while looking. Majority of people have above that. Also, UNC seems to like high weighted GPAs (like 4.5 and above) so a 4.39 is on the lower side but not bad. There are people who have been accepted with a GPA around there. Your unweighted is also pretty good.

You seem to have taken a lot of honors/AP and have done a lot of extracurricular activities which is good also.

I would say you have a little below average GPA/ACT but an above average set of extracurriculars & accomplishments so it could very well balance it out and give you an acceptance.

I wouldn’t say you’re a shoe-in but you do have a shot. You may get defferred so keep your 1st semester senior grades up.

Good luck!!!
