Okay, Open Transfer Night is on Tuesday October 5 and Wednesday October 6, from 6-8pm Covel 2nd floor. (Correct me if I am wrong.)

I'm in a triple Rieber Terrace, female looking for a triple plaza shared bath (preferably not HS, but I don't know how desperate I'll get. Heck, I might even go hall if it was dead quiet enough.)

I've got suitemates who I consider loud. I can hear their TV and conversation sometimes. It doesn't bother my roommates, but it does me. Maybe because I have more sensitive hearing. Looking for super quiet room with super quiet roomies and suitemates/neighbors.

Male living in a double in the university apartment (its a studio). Looking to trade for ANYWHERE on campus. It’s way cheaper to live here (even with a meal plan), and my roommate is a chill guy. This apartment is also probably closer to campus than some of the dorms! Also, I might throw in some kind of money offer if that convinces you to swap. Private message me if you’re interested! :)

I am looking for three guys that would possibly want to switch rooms. My roommates and I live on Rieber Vista 9, and the room is great and the suitemates are chill. We are looking for a triple in a res hall, maybe you don’t want to live in a really crappy room (dykstra), or maybe feel their floor is too loud and obnoxious. RV is in a great location and the people on the floor are cool. We are going to floor transfer night but I wanted to see if there is any interest beforehand.

Male living in 4 person 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment mates have parties, drink beer and smoke weed all the time, and are more than willing to share. Room mate brings over his girl quite frequently as well. I’m just not a cool person. Looking for neat, well-mannered, uptight anal room mates who don’t bother you and respect your space.

There were about 300+ people at the Open Transfer night on Tuesday (a bit less on Wed.). This contrasts heavily to the Daily Bruin, which said previous years had only less than 100 students each year. I think it’s because of the construction that so many students are disappointed with their rooms.

But yeah, I want to know how many of you found a match, because I didn’t. So weird, I thought university apartments were coveted. :(

^ I actually met a couple of girls who wanted an apartment… but you probably wouldn’t have wanted what they had anyways.

I know about 10-20ish people who I met at the transfer night that “got what they wanted”. And I guess I sorta got what I wanted… though I would say, it’s weird living like 4 doors down from where I lived last year. But this was one of the most quietest nights I’ve had since I moved in, so that’s cool.
