the reason why im not ELC(or whatever) is that school release the overall gpa which includs pe and health and other stuff...</p>

<p>Ouch on the SAT's...but kudos on the improvement. I think you have a good list. There's lots of reaches; some schools might just reject on account of your low SAT scores. But at least you tried, right?</p>

<p>Are you a native speaker of English? If not, that might compensate for the low scores.</p>

<p>i emphasize my foreign exchange student experience with students from many countries and marching band on essay..
also my uc gpa is upward trend if that helps
