<p>Is the User ID and Password that they ask for on the Orion sign-in page the same as the NetID and password used in the Galaxy log-in page? I'm trying to access the Applicant Center so I can see my application status, but it won't let me, nor will it let me access any of the other Orion pages. It keeps telling me that my User ID and/or password is invalid. I'm just confused, because I never got anything other than my UTD ID, and a NetID, plus the password that I created. I even tried using my UTD ID as the User ID on the Orion sign-in page, but to no avail. If the User ID is different than my UTD ID and my NetID, how do I obtain one? </p>

<p>Did you just create it? It takes about 24-48 hours to work. If it doesn’t work, contact UTD directly. They were helpful for my son who had the same problem.</p>

<p>I had created it three days ago–two days prior to when I posted that. But I sent the help desk a message about my problem. I logged in a few hours ago to try it again, and it worked without a problem! I guess I just had to wait it out a bit longer. Thanks for the response though!</p>
