I previously worked at a lab over the summer as a research assistant (unpaid) and wanted to get my lab manager to write me a rec for duke, but seeing that duke doesn’t allow the subcategory “other” on the common app for additional recs, I don’t know what I should mark her down as. Anyone know what I should do?
