Out-of-country Mission/Volunteer Trips? Help!

Anyone know of any out-of-country volunteer mission trip opportunities?
I'm a junior in high school and I really would like an opportunity to go to a country in need for a couple of weeks to help out during my last summer before college. I've heard of opportunities to work in clinics in third-world countries, mostly places like Africa and Haiti. I've also heard of being a surgeon/physician's assistant.
I would prefer something that involves medicine, but I'm open to hearing about anything. My family is tight on money, so opportunities with scholarships and things like that are ideal.
It would have to be this upcoming summer (2011).

Anyone?
Thanks for your input!

Projects Abroad offers 2-week summer programs for high school students. The ones that focus on medicine go to Argentina, India, Jamaica, Mongolia, Nepal, and Tanzania.

Check goabroad.com for many different opportunities. Just be aware that some of them are for graduate students and for some you must be over 18.
