That’s equivalent to a 31 ACT. Both the test score and GPA are in the range of accepted students: decent shot at admission.

Looks good. Your intended major does not matter for being admitted. You are “competing” with all students who apply- students are admitted to the university as a whole regardless of which school/college within it currently interests you. This is nice for being able to change later.
