Has anyone gotten this email? (Emphasis added..)

Dear ____:

Selection committees are currently reviewing completed applications for admission to Cornell University for Fall 2009. Our records indicate that we do not have your Cornell University Supplement. IT IS POSSIBLE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR SUPPLEMENT, BUT THAT IS HAS BEEN MISPLACED. What is most important at this time is that you resend the supplement so that we can fully consider your application.

The supplement is required to apply for admission, and also provides us with the college and major you are applying to at Cornell. Without this information we are unable to let you know what other requirements you may be missing in order to complete your application file. Please submit your supplement as soon as possible. The supplement can be completed and submitted online at www.commonapp.org or you can print and complete a copy from our Web site, and fax to 607/255-5452. Once we receive your Cornell University Supplement, you will be able to log in to your online application status account at https://admissions.cornell.edu/selfservice to determine if other required items are missing.

Please submit any missing items within two weeks. If you are missing your Secondary School Report and/or high school transcript, we encourage your school to submit these forms online at www.commonapp.org. If online submission is not feasible, please fax missing documents to us at 607/255-5452. Transcripts will not be considered "official" and fulfill the transcript requirement unless they are sent directly from your high school. If mailing your documents, send to Application Processing Center, 349 Pine Tree Road, Ithaca, NY, 14850.

If you took the January SAT Subject Tests and requested your scores be sent to us (scores must be reported to Cornell by the testing agency), we will receive them in time for consideration. We expect to have January SATs posted on the online application status system the week of February 16. Lastly, if your email or mailing address has changed, and you have not previously notified us, please update them using your online application status account so that we have accurate information for sending your decision.

If you have questions or concerns, feel free to call a member of our application processing staff at 607/255-5241. We look forward to receiving the requested information.

GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

So, Anyone else gotten this? (I swear on the thorny head of Jesus that I sent it in....)
