<p>Does being paid look better for grad school? It seems paid undergrads have more responsibilities, but I don't think they actually ask you that when applying to grad school.</p>

<p>I don’t think people will care if you were paid or not, it comes down more to what you did and if you did it well (usually well enough to get a good LOR from the person you worked with). I think they care more about that stuff than if you were paid or not.</p>
<p>I didn’t even write which of my research positions were paid and which weren’t.</p>
