Greetings! For a good while now, I have desired to be a lawyer. But, after reading some information, I have found that a job as a paralegal seems to be a noble one. To become a paralegal, you must go through certification through a local cc for two years. The benefits seem to be good, so good, in fact that the US Department of Labor says that a paralegal is the fastest growing job in America. The salary is quite good considering the average 70K salary for an average lawyer. A typical paralegal earns roughly 50K a year, plus bonuses. So, is a job as a paralegal worth? Is the job just as stressful as a lawyer position?

Also, would it be wise to begin to take the certification course fresh out of high school? Is that uncommon? Thanks!
