<p>Posting for a friend, I honestly know nothing about this and she is having trouble figuring it all out.</p>

<p>When do payments begin for Parent Plus Loans?</p>

<p>Hi, this is out of a financial aid brochure that just happened to come in the mail:</p>

<p>“…the borrower has the option of beginning repayment on the PLUS loand either 60 days after the loan is fully disbursed or waiting until six months after the dependent student on whose behalf the parent borrowed ceases to be enrolled on at least a half-time basis.”</p>

<p>Of course, I assume that interest will accrue and capitalize if your friend chooses the second option.</p>
