Parent's former last name?

<p>Under the family section where it's asking about your parents, it asks for the former last name. Does this include my mom's maiden name?</p>

<p>Yes it does. They’re really asking this just to see if your parents are alumni, donate, have any connection with the school, etc. so it’s not something to worry about.</p>
