Hey all,

For those who know college admissions pretty well: how does having a job during all of Junior year factor in? I worked my ass off all year - on a typical night I did homework until clocking in between 4-6 to close at work (until 11PM), then I finished up homework until the wee hours of the morning, then got a little sleep and repeated it the next day.

I had 3 APs, 2 honors classes, and a dual-enrollment class this year, and I have a solid unweighted GPA. Any poor grade was a result of having to work and not having time to study - I know it sounds childish to blame it on that, but it REALLY was the issue all year long.

Will my prospective schools give any weight to my time spent working this year?
