<p>Do i check the box that says "i will participate in college" if it's not the exact program that I want to pursue. For instance, I am a member of TEAM (community service club) and JSA (debate club). If I plan on debating and doing community service in college, do i still check these if i am not doing TEAM nor JSA?</p>
