<p>im entering my sophomore year and i haven’t gone to a single party… i want to try it out next year. would it seem weird and awkward if i don’t drink? ive only been to parties where a lot of (close) friends are present back in high school… not sure what a college party with random people will be like…</p>
<p>zixif, at the end of both semesters I stopped drinking to help me focus on finals, but I still went to parties and had a good time. sometimes my friends would harrass me to drink and i’d just say I was driving back or else I’d just grab a solo cup and fill it with soda or something or just hold on to a beer and they’d leave me alone. but yeah, you can definitely still have fun with friends at parties even if you choose not to drink.</p>
<p>if you dont drink sometimes smoking can be your cope out ;)</p>
