Happy Passover, everyone! My tables have grown from 13 to 22, but the more the merrier!

^ That’s great, love big dinner crowds. We normally have over 20 for Thanksgiving. Tomorrow will only be 10 but still made two briskets!

Happy Passover! We’re guests at the seder, and as time goes by we find that during-the-week recipes are simple and easy as we’re eating fewer carbs these days anyway. Every year, we revisit some of those older recipes.

Other than my seders I really try to make my meals “normal”. We have chicken, steak, salmon, and tuna with roasted veggies, baked potato, mashed potato or sweet potato fries. A big salad for lunch or tuna salad/ chicken salad and avocado.

So yesterday I asked Alexa, “Why is this night different from all other nights?” - and she knew the answers. I had to ask a couple dozen times to get all four :).
