PAVE and admissions?

<p>I was wondering how much attending PAVE summer program would influence a decision by the admissions committee.</p>

<p>I've been spending my summer at a research lab and therefore would not have been able to attend the program. Does that hinder me at all in the application process?</p>

<p>Not at all…please focus on who you are and where you come from and convey this in your application. Most applicants don’t even know about the PAVE program, so put it out of your mind.</p>
