Paying Application Fee

<p>Can I pay my application fee before I submit the necessary things? I'm planning to use a fee waiver request, and if possible, throw it all in one envelope (along with counselor rec, transcript, etc.). The common application won't allow me to "pay" until my supplement and/or common app is submitted, but can I mail my waiver in anyway? Way before I submit either the supplement/common app?</p>
