If the scholarship covers tuition and fees then your student loan should more than cover your living costs.
A lot of CS and IT programs are offered in online as well as in live classes. If you are fine with that - they do require good time management and more self-discipline than regular programs - you could keep working just about anywhere, and study through a program based at a college/university far from where you are working. To start, check the programs offered through the public universities in your state. They are likely to be the least expensive.
Another option is to deliberately look for work at colleges and universities. Almost all of them allow employees to take classes for free.
