Payment by credit card option taken away...Is this permanent?

<p>I was having issues with my card, but I figured it out.</p>

<p>The only two options were credit card and paying by check in the mail. I used all three credit card attempts, and it has blocked me from using any more. Will it let me use my credit card again after a few hours or do I HAVE to pay by check in the mail?</p>
