Peer evaluation

I am doing a peer evaluation for a friend and I am also applying to Dartmouth myself. For both of the reasons, I want to do a very good job on the evaluation but have a few questions

For the part that asks "What are the first few words that come to mind", should I bother explaining them in detail or should I just list them. I was going to explain them and then thought I was kind of stealing stuff from the "statement" on the reverse side

Secondly, how long should the statement be. They say do it on the reverse side so do u think it should be a whole page long? That is longer then most college essays and much longer than anything I had to write for Dartmouth

Thirdly, do you think they will look at what I wrote when they are looking at my application?
