<p>Davidson requires a peer rec. A good friend of mine is also applying to Davidson. I'm applying EDII (assuming my ED I school doesn't come through, the notification date is Dec 10th) and he's applying RD. It's totally fine if we do each others peer recs, right? He thought it would look shady, but I thought it would make us look good because we can both give each other outstanding recs despite being each others competition.</p>
<p>Hmm, good question. I would think that it would be totally fine. However to be sure, I would contact the admission office and just ask them. They are extremely helpful throughout the application process and will have no problem answering this for you. I had a somewhat similar question regarding the peer recommendation and they responded with no hesitation. Good luck!</p>
<p>When I went to an information session for Davidson at my school, one of the girls asked that question and the admissions rep said it was completely fine. </p>
